To provide high quality and efficient care, we must
work within an appointment schedule. The receptionist is available during
office hours for scheduling. Please provide some information about the
nature of your problem so we can be prepared to help you with a minimum of
delay.
In fairness to other patients, we request at least 24 hours notice to cancel appointments. Prior to your first visit, you will have a brief phone interview with one of our staff. This is to assess your need of seeing an allergist and may save you an unnecessary office call. Before you call, gather information about your insurance coverage. When you provide your symptoms AND information about your insurance contract, we can help you get the maximum benefit from your insurance policy and minimize your delays in the office. We make every effort to honor all time commitments and do our best
to see you at the time of your appointment. Occasionally an emergency
may cause an unexpected and unavoidable delay.
